Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University

Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University situated in Almaty, Kazakhstan. It was founded in 1931, and the first rector was S.D. Asfendiyarov. In 2001, the government awarded it’s a national university.

Asfendiyarov Kazakh national medical University (KazNMU) is a landmark in the history of education, medicine and the nation as a whole. It is a large medical community, of scientists and teachers within the university. The University, built its groundwork on the foundation of science, education as well as practice, can rightly be swollen with pride of its achievement. Quality implication of training, scientific and clinical events with qualified doctors, well diverse and professional medical community has become a visiting card of KazNMU.

Information for international students

1. Passport (returned after verification), its copy and notarized translation of the passport into Kazakh or Russian. The validity of the national passport must be at least 2 years from the date of issue and also while enter in the region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Valid certificates of proficiency in English (if available).
5. Certificate of completion of the preparatory courses of KazNMU (if available).

Medical certificates of mental health, absence of infectious diseases and contraindications for studying in a medical university certified by the official health authority of the sending country a certificate of absence of HIV infection, certified by the official health authority of the sending country.
8. Medical certificate (form 086-U), you can get a certificate upon arrival in Kazakhstan, having passed the appropriate medical commission. You must have the seal of each doctor and the round stamp of the medical institution in the lower left corner. During the medical examination, you will need to undergo a fluorography procedure. 4. Conclusion. - Type written text, page format - A4, portrait orientation, 2 cm margins on all sides, Times New Roman, color - black, font size -14; single spacing. At the end of the essay the applicant's signature and date.

The respective council is responsible for developing socio-cultural competences of students is an autonomous structural division of the University, responsible for execution of national youth policy within the university. Culture and Arts

Kazakhstan has a well-articulated ethos based on the itinerant pastoral economy of the populations. Besides lamb, many other traditional foods retain symbolic value in Kazakh culture. Kazakh culture is mostly influenced by the Turkic lifestyle. Its philosophy and tradition become seems also to be strongly prejudiced by the nomadic Scythians.

The traditional Kazakh house is the yurt, a tent containing of a flexible framework of willow wood covered with fluctuating widths of felt. The open top permits smoke from the central hearth to escape, temperature and draft can be controlled by a flap that increases or decreases the size of the opening. A properly constructed yurt can be cooled in summer and warmed in winter, and it can be disassembled or set up in less than an hour. The interior of the yurt has ritual significance, the right side is generally reserved for men and the left for women. Yurts are also frequently used as a decorative motif in restaurants and other public buildings.

Sport and social Sphere

In Kazakhstan most popular game is football. The football is also national game is Kazakhstan. The Republic of Kazakhstan is also promoting the game within the nation and their academic session also. In University lots of indoor and outdoor game were played by the student i.e. badminton, basketball, table tennis, hockey, football etc. The universities have won several medals in their respective academic years.

In Kazak National Medical University more than 1000 international student’s studying their different discipline and representing 15 countries out of 9000 students’. Out of 1000 international student’s 500 student’s belongs from Asian countries like India, Nepal, Srilanka, Bangladesh etc. On an average annually more than 1000 graduate has passed from the Medical university.
