Results of the NEET UG 2022 are out. The Wait is Over!

All the medical aspirants desperately waiting for the NEET UG 2022 results can now heave a sigh of relief as its results are out on the official website.

As per the National Testing Agency, the most competitive medical exam which was held on 17th July 2022, the results have been declared for the same on 7th September, 2022 as per the schedule proposed by the NTA. The score cards for NEET UG 2022 have also been officially released on the official website – neet.nta.nic.in. on 8th September 2022.

The official answer key for all codes of the NEET UG had been released by the NTA and till 2 September 2022, all those aspirants who were in doubt were given time to raise a query against any of the answers given in the key.

It is one of the largest entrance exams in the country in terms of number of applications as more than 18 lakh medical aspirants had applied for the NEET UG exam. All those aspirants who had appeared for the NEET UG were demanding the release of the result on social media for a very long time as they were eagerly waiting to check their performance on the exam.

The Tie Breaking Rule for the NEET UG 2022

The National Testing Agency from this year onwards have removed age as tie-breaking which states that if there is a tie between two aspirants, then NTA will settle it on the basis of scores obtained in Biology subject. In case, if the tie still exists then the preference would be given to the aspirants who have secured highest marks in Chemistry and then it will be followed with fewer wrong answers given by the aspirant.

The Medical Council of India which is now known as the National Medical Commission of India has passed a new rule on 29th March, 2017 that all the aspirants who are interested in pursuing medicine will have to qualify the NEET exam irrespective of whichever country, they are planning to choose to pursue their MBBS from and after completing their MBBS from abroad, if the aspirants wish to practise medicine in India, they will have to qualify the NEXT exam from the year 2023.

• Firstly, browse the official website of National Testing Agency at www.neet.nta.nic.in and then move towards new page and click on Latest News.
• Click on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test UG 2022 after landing on the fresh page and then click on the NEET UG Scorecard 2022 download link mentioned on the page.
• Aspirants will have to enter the mandatory details such as Application Number, Date of Birth (DOB) and Security PIN and other details in login window.
• The NEET UG Scorecard 2022 will be displayed on the screen after you have entered the above-mentioned details.
• Aspirants can now download the NTA NEET UG 2022 Rank List/Scorecard and take a print out for counselling purpose.
